Rachel Young
Position - RMT
Rachel graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and then continued on to Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic to study Massage Therapy.
She has continued to diversify her practice by adding Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling and has also done Hatha yoga teacher training. This allows her extensive understanding of bio mechanics and movement which translates to remedial exercise and yoga she prescribes to her clients!
She is a woman on the move who has travelled the world and particularly enjoys extended stays and occasional winters in Mexico. But right now we have her pinned down in Kingston and we couldn’t be happier to have her practising at both our East Kingston and Downton locations.
